OnBase works as an archival management system and as a tool to
share documented information through the OnBase EDM service. EDM manages and provides catalog services for business documents,
spreadsheets, and presentations, with retrieval and edit capabilities. OnBase Workflow powerfully routes documents according to
pre-defined rules, with ad-hoc, on-the-fly decision making capability.
